Our philosophy behind the Tech Angel programme is simple: to challenge the way that everyone learns - both teachers and students.
We fundamentally believe that teaching environments are more stimulating, challenging and most importantly fun when they reflect the world that we live in. The environment of the young people of today is a digital world where entertainment, social interaction and the consumption of media can be entirely tailored to the individual. The Tech Angel programme uses teaching methods that reflect this individuality because our teaching is individual project based learning mentored in a one on one basis.
The Tech Angels also aim to change the way that teachers use technology in their classrooms. The Tech Angels passionately believe that the more familiar educators are with the digital environment in which young people live, the better equipped they will be to teach, understand, influence and inspire their students.
